Designed in 1949, the building of Mercado Bom Sucesso needed to evolve and adapt to the demands of the new century. This is how this historic and modern architecture building began to welcome a series of new services and new purposes.

The rehabilitation came to give new life to the place and, with it, brought a new concept. We still feel the traces of the past, but we get very cosmopolitan sensations that prove that this has become a modern place for meetings, commerce, services, and leisure. We currently find in the Mercado Bom Sucesso a four-star hotel and a series of offices, which coexist harmoniously with stalls of gastronomic products, multiple meal services, and contemporary shops.

Since 2013, entering this market has become a cultural experience. We can explore the best flavors of Portuguese cuisine, meet international cuisines and discover the various shops scattered throughout the space, a visit that is marked by the history of what was – and continues to be - one of the most important commercial venues in the city.
